1 Day Birding Safari To Buso Forest – Detailed Itinerary

The Buso forest is positioned at approximately 5km off Kampala – Luwero road lasting 1 ½ hours’ drive. The forest is a quiet picnic site that is ideal for Eco tours.

It was started in 1995 by the Tropical Environmental Foundation (TEFO) but by 1999, the forest already had 127 tree species, 40 butterfly species, 11 butterfly species and 120 bird species.
